History

Birthed from the massacres of Industrial Workers of the World in Everett and Centralia in the second decade of the 20th century, Barnard Iglitzin & Lavitt LLP continues the fight to defend and grow the labor movement.

From the days of the Seattle General Strike, the Spokane Free Speech Fight, and the 1934 West Coast Waterfront Strike through some of the country's harshest labor strife of the Depression and afterwards, Barnard Iglitzin & Lavitt LLP has stood side-by-side with labor unions.
