Effective Brief Writing

Effective Brief Writing is designed to teach course participants the art of writing a persuasive post-hearing arbitration brief. Course participants will learn to: develop a winning theme for each case; write a compelling statement of facts; formulate issues in a clear, logical manner; and research and analyze relevant legal authority. Our hands-on course will provide participants with the necessary tools to present any case effectively to an arbitrator.
